2025 Emcee: Boz Bostrom ‘95 |
 | Boz is in his 21st year as a professor at Saint Ben’s and Saint John’s and also speaks nationally on the topics of ethics and leadership. Although Boz primarily teaches in the areas of accounting and finance, he has a passion for supporting Bennies and Johnnies regardless of their academic interests. You can often find him at campus events and promoting our schools through his various social media platforms. Boz lives in Saint Joseph with his wife Kacey and their children Wyatt and Sofia. |

Lilly Goyah is a Saint Ben's senior pursuing an individualized major that blends music, business, and entrepreneurship to enter the Christian music industry. She serves as president of Bennies and Business, is an entrepreneurial scholar, and is the founder of ANP Streaming. With a deep passion for mental health advocacy, Lilly uses her platform to empower others to reclaim their stories and inspire resilience in the face of life’s challenges |

 | Hayden Sanders ’25 – Accounting Major Living Intentionally
Hayden Sanders is a senior Accounting major with a minor in Exercise and Health Science at Saint John’s University. He serves as a tutor and teaching assistant for the Accounting and Finance Department. A three-year starter at middle linebacker for the Saint John’s football team, Hayden earned All-Conference and All-District honors for both athletics and academics. After graduating this spring, he plans to pursue a career in football coaching, aiming to apply the lessons and experiences from his time at Saint John’s to inspire and enrich the lives of others. |

 | Robin Balder-Lanoue ’91 Lessons from 26.2
Robin Balder-Lanoue, a 1991 CSB graduate, was an All-MIAC track athlete and still holds a top-50 5K time. She coached at Monticello High School before becoming CSB’s head cross country coach in 1997 and track coach in 1999. A five-time MIAC Coach of the Year, she continues to compete in road races and relays, including the 2024 NW Passage Relay, where her team, Baba Yaga, won the women’s division. |

Carter Howell is an SJU Alumni from the class of 2022, he spent a year in East Africa with the Benedictine Volunteer Corps and now works as the Assistant Director of Saint John's Campus Ministry and as a Faculty Resident in Upper Class housing. The highlight of both these jobs is spending time with Bennies and Johnnies, getting to know what they're working on, what they want for these schools, and how to keep up on new slang |

 | Zach Fritz ’19 Beyond the Map: Chasing Dreams and Rivers to the Arctic Ocean
In the summer of 2024, Zach Fritz and Taylor Rau spent 106 days paddling over 2,700 miles from northern Minnesota to the Arctic Ocean in the Far North of Canada. A lifelong dream for Zach that was years in the making, they traveled through some of the most remote places left in North America. Facing lakes hundreds of miles long, unfathomable swarms of bugs, relentless weather, and wild rivers, they left the "real world" behind for the adventure of a lifetime. Susan Brott ’92 is a strategic communications professional with over 25 years of experience in leadership and strategic counsel. She earned her BA in Mathematics and Communications at CSB and an MA in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh (1994), specializing in political rhetoric. Susan now works as a Senior Strategist with CESO Communications, a national school communications consulting firm. She focuses on empowering clients with data-driven insights, guiding leaders through strategic change, and ensuring community voices are heard. A recipient of national and state awards, she has led districts through crisis management, transformation, and reputation-building efforts with a focus on equity and innovation. Susan’s personal journey through life-altering health challenges has shaped her perspective on resilience, presence, and community, making her a sought-after speaker on navigating uncertainty and embracing adaptability. |
