Saint John’s Day is a time to give thanks to you, our leadership benefactors and volunteers, for your ongoing commitment to our Benedictine educational mission. Join us as we honor members of our Student Fund Fellows Society, our planned giving Benedictine Legacy Society and our lifetime giving Founders Society.

During this year’s Saint John’s Day, we will highlight and celebrate our Catholic Benedictine spirit.  Our students will showcase various programs and activities that nurture their faith development and foster our religious heritage.

We will also honor eight alumni who are in positions of leadership at Minnesota Catholic high schools with the Colman J. Barry Award for Distinguished Contributions to Religion and Society. The award recipients are Mike Hagstrom ’81, from the Fargo Catholic Schools; Jon McGee ’84, from Saint John’s Preparatory School; Craig Junker ’90, from Totino-Grace High School; Jeb Myers ’97, from Cretin-Derham Hall; David Fremo ’99, from St. Cloud Cathedral and the Catholic Community Schools; Brian Ragatz ’02, from Saint Thomas Academy; Brian Edel ’03, from DeLaSalle High School; and John Buethe ’09, from Saint Thomas Academy.
